Shipping policy

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and items ordered. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

 

Shipping confirmation

Orders can take up to 3 (three) business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e. in the case of a preorder or backorder).

 

Where we ship

We currently only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We will announce as soon as we have expanded our international shipping options.

 

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over CHF 100. For orders less than CHF 100, standard shipping is CHF 8 (PostPac Economy) and priority shipping is CHF 10 (PostPac Priority).

For returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items received are incorrect or damaged. See the Refund Policy for more information.
